Is My Milk Drying Up? Please Help?

My son is 3 weeks old tomorrow and I have been breastfeeding him since he was born. I have barely been pumping in the last five days because my nipples got so sore aand cracked, so they started bleeding. I am worried that my milk is drying up because my breast pads are not absorbing any milk like they used to, and I know I am not producing much at all because when I do pump ( I try to once a day now) I can only get an ounce in about ten minutes. Used to, I could get an ounce a minute. My breasts are not heavy like they were when I was pumping/nursing every 2-3 hours, and they do not feel full anymore. I really want to continue feeding him my breast milk, so I want to know if there is any way I could get them to produce as much as they used to? Does it sound like my milk is drying up? Thanks.
